Choose the path of least resistance. Do not go against the grain. When something is not working out it is not always because you did not try hard enough. It was the universe saying "Hey!... choose another way!"

We need to learn to look within. There is nothing outside of you. When you look out and up and it becomes too much to take in turn the view around and look inside. Quiet yourself , listen to your breath. It happens without much effort. Listen even closer, your heat beats without effort. Listen even closer, your consciousness speaks without effort. Just listen.

The 'Ego' can be useful. It just needs some training. Often the ego gets a bad rap however we need this part of us to help us to survive. Yes it can be trained to tone down a notch or two in certain unthreatening situations when the brain is in flight or fight mode for example. Be aware of the ego and work with it as you will find it can be your biggest help in times of need. Thank you to the ego.

Encouragement can be cloaked in discouragement. Learn to read in between the lines! Some situations may look discouraging and sometimes it makes you really wonder what the heck is going on! Try to be the observer when these disappointments come up for you to look at it from another perspective. Try to see what it showing you. What is the lesson in the situation?

Feeling the shift? It's going to be ok. Hang in there! Listen to your body. Feel the feelings. Experience the experiences. Go with the flow and remember you are guided. Sit quietly or go out and be in nature. Allow your mind to be free.

Having to make difficult decisions that will be for the best, for all involved is not always the easiest. However be true to yourself. Allow for growth and expansion as you make your way out of the dark tunnel towards the light. Tears and heartache you can not escape, so breathe through it all knowing better is here now. Even when you can not see it trust and believe it is so. You have to create it to see it. We are creator beings and what we create with out thoughts, emotions, actions and words become our reality. Change your perception with grateful heart and allow the ebb and flow, the synchronicities be your guide, to bring the things, situations and results into your physical reality. You got this!

Always try to see the higher perspective of any situation, eventually. It may not be possible to see right away however when you allow yourself to be open to receive then the flow of information you need will come to u=you freely and easily.
